RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from iNavor.com. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it, with all tags and original packaging. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Before sending anything back, email support@iNavor.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please do not send returns to our company mailing address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.
RETURN SHIPPING
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact support@iNavor.com promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty, cosmetic, or personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are defective. We also cannot accept returns of personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, or items marked final sale. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact support@iNavor.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Statutory exceptions, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed, may apply.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact support@iNavor.com.
