SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation when the order leaves our facility.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination and order contents. Typical transit times are approximately 5–15 business days for United States orders and 7–20 business days for international orders after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, address issues, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take 24–72 hours after shipment to show movement. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact support@iNavor.com.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@iNavor.com immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or refused address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may delay delivery. Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may lawfully be imported into their destination.
DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please check the tracking details and contact the carrier first if a package is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be found. Also check with household members, neighbors, and the local delivery office. If you still need assistance, email support@iNavor.com with your order number. Report packages that arrive damaged as soon as possible and include clear photos of the packaging and product.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Items in the same order may ship separately. If so, you may receive more than one tracking number and delivery.
RETURNS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Do not return a package without first contacting support@iNavor.com for authorization and instructions.
